Jo Zealand: A performance maker, director and facilitator since 1992 

· studied clown/theatre with Gaulier in ’94, ’99, ’12, Mask with Made Jimat-Indonesia and a variety of master teachers internationally and within Australia. Founding member of Restless Dance Company (91-98) Adv Dip in Prof Screenwriting - RMIT & Jazz (voice) at Adelaide Uni. 

·  directed over 40 theatre works, 10 short films and was AD of No Strings Attached (theatre with people with disabilities) for 5 years where she took the company on a Canadian tour in 2001.

· 3 month European Tour with Kneehigh Puppeteers, multiple tours to Singapore with Slack Taxi (founding member ’94), Adelaide Cabaret Theatre Festival shows in 05,06 as Oz Rock Chick & Music Trivia Quiz, 

· Nominated for a Green Room & Adelaide Fringe Innovation award

· 2015,17,19,21 – Melb Comedy Festival and Fringe seasons of new shows, roving musical comic character performances since ’92, tour guide for GuruDudu disco tours, co-host Bogan Bingo since ‘11 and newly recorded original EP https://jozeeandtheddc.bandcamp.com/releases

· facilitated and designed 100’s of performing arts sessions for a wide cross-section of the community including regional and rural Australia, in prisons, homeless shelters, women shelters, indigenous communities and detention centres. 2016 produced & directed 11min film with young men in prison in collaboration with Hepatitis SA and in ’21 worked with young people in care to produce short films for the TIPU project for Aboriginal Family Support Services.

· Co-directs, performs and facilitates at workplace conferences & events with ‘The Jump’ since 2006. including ‘Art of Communication’ at Melbourne Eye and Ear Hospital and a presentation in Greece 2018 for ‘Well-med’ and at the International BMJ conference.
